Thanks to contributions from local businesses, partner nonprofits, and volunteers Rising Heights is making steady progress.

We emphasize the importance of a supportive, inclusive housing community that integrates care and employment opportunities to attract a broad array of residents.


Our future community will include common areas for meals, education, health and fitness activities, and social gatherings, aiming for development by 2025-26.

Making It Work Financially

We are committed to making our housing options as accessible and affordable as possible. Through a combination of housing vouchers, innovative financing models, and partnerships, we aim to offer both rental and ownership opportunities to suit different financial situations. Our approach includes leveraging Middle/Low Income Housing Tax Credit financing and private investments to ensure that a wide range of housing options is available at reduced costs. Our goal is to create a financial framework that supports long-term sustainability and accessibility for all residents, ensuring that financial barriers do not impede residents in our community.
