Robin Hilsmeier

As a co-founder, Robin is a driving force behind Rising Heights’ foundation and ongoing development. An adventuresome entrepreneur and problem solver, Robin has spent the last 25+ years in both for-profit and nonprofit leadership, directing high performing teams. She holds a BA in Education from Cedarville University; and has taught in PreK - 12 classrooms including special education. She is an expert in negotiating and managing strategic partner relationships, strategic planning, budget development and productivity improvement Robin fostered and adopted 3 children who are now adults. Her faith is intertwined in all areas of her personal life. Robin currently holds the Executive Director role with the Ohio Invention League.
